Terms of Business

VAT: All product prices online exclude VAT, it will be added to advertised prices when we complete an invoice.

CITES agreement: Where applicable, we can supply tariff numbers for all imported timbers, e.g – Rosewoods (Dalbergia), Bubinga etc, that are now on the CITES II Appendix.. If you wish to find substitutes, thus avoiding timbers on this list, please consult us. We are already supplying necks, fingerboards and back & side sets that are non-tropical, most grown in the British Isles.

Minimum Spend: We have a minimum spend of £15.00.

Payment Methods: We accept most major debit/credit cards and UK and International Bank Transfers.

Please note that, in order to comply with PCIDSS regulations, we are unable to accept card details sent by email. If paying by card, we will need to take the details over the phone, and will need the card number, expiry date, and security number (last three digits on the back of the card).

Please also supply your name, address, delivery address (if different from billing address), a daytime telephone contact number and email address (if available).

Credit facilities are not available unless previously agreed and only up to a maximum limit of £500.00, when terms will be strictly payment within 30 days after dispatch of order.

Interest is payable on overdue accounts at the rate of 5% above the base rate of National Westminster Bank Limited, in force from the date of acceptance of an order.

Prices: Whilst we aim to keep prices on our website as up-to-date as possible, their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Availability: Goods are shown subject to their availability, and may be deleted without prior notice.

Post & Packing: P&P is charged at cost plus VAT.

Please be aware, when emailing an enquiry about pricing, we can only give approximate P&P costs as the cost depends on the final weight and dimensions of an order when packed.

All international orders are shipped fully insured.

Examination of Goods: All goods are carefully examined prior to dispatch but should be examined upon receipt. Commencement of work upon or use of goods supplied will be deemed evidence of prior examination and satisfaction. Liability cannot be accepted for defects which become apparent in working or use of goods.

Law of Contract: All contracts for the supply of goods shall be subject to English Law.
